I did not hire this Pro and I am glad I did not. He sent an estimate for a project request. I sent pictures and dimensions and he updated his quote. Then he stated he was pulling out of the project and insulted me by calling me "cheap" and insulting my name. Anyone who hires this guy, be cautious. Very rude and childish behavior.

the quote chat and as a Business owner I apologize for the misunderstanding and lack of communication when updating the price. I believe there was a language barrier in between. We hired Masa Hardwood Floors Inc. 2 weeks ago and we are very happy and satisfied with their quality of job and reasonable prices. They did a wonderful job replacing our laminate floors and a small interior painting also.
Very professional team, they arrived on time and left my place clean and neat. We will definitely going to hired them back for some other projects.

I hired them for hardwood floor installation and they did a great job. Eventually I'll hired them back for interior painting and laminated floors in my basement. Definitely a reliable and trusted people.
