- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inserts for cushions and pillows are charged separately. Pick up and are available for an extra fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to communicate electronically. A new client would need to send me pictures of the pieces and his requirements for fabric. If he needs help in choosing the fabric we would setup an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three years experience in an all-services upholstery company and was trained by a professional upholsterer.
