Kolley’s is the BEST! A family owned business and a great value! How often do you get a quick response, great service and excellent follow up from a company—all at a terrific price? I had another exterminator (who was more expensive) come to remove a yellow jacket nest. Turns out he did not do a thorough job. We still had yellow jackets and we were expecting guests with a 16 month old toddler to visit for several days. I spoke to Gene and he was fantastic! He added us to his busy schedule before a holiday weekend. He spent a lot of time inspecting the exterior of our house and found another huge nest we were unaware of. He treated and removed it, told me what to expect over the next few days and said to expect I’d need follow up treatment — at NO additional charge. He even gave me his cell phone, knowing I was worried about the toddler going outside. There was a 90% reduction after the first treatment. I called and told him there were a few remaining and he came out the same day. AND he gave me a 2 month guarantee if I see any more yellow jackets. Gene is friendly and knowledgeable, I couldn’t be more impressed! Great service, great value!!!

Quick response, very professional and honest. Gene gave great information about what results to expect and when. Lots of value for the cost, including a 2 month guarantee on the work. What a treat to work with such an excellent business!
