Makenzie was the absolute perfect choice for my hair for my April 2022 wedding. Makenzie was super easy to work with and really made the morning portion of the wedding easy. She was super helpful and was able to work with me on times. She even was able to take on more bridesmaids when they wanted to have their hair done last minute! I highly recommend her. My hair was still looking perfect even at the end of the night. I was dancing the night away. She's the best!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will talk to a bride on the phone, have them send me pictures via email/text and then schedule a consultation in advance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my cosmetology license in NY and in FL , I have worked in upscale salons and fast pace barber shops. I have done continued education in classes on weddinhs, color and cuts. I recently just attended a SWFL wedding expo and had a booth were I did wedding styles for 2000 brides to be.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing hair at a very young age, French braiding my sisters hair, box coloring and bang trims in middle school. Then I was given the oppurtunity to go to beauty school for free part time in high school, I graduated high school with a license and had a career before I even new it.
