- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices average from $17.50 - $24 per plate depending upon the selections of entrees and side dishes. We are happy to work with you on creating a menu that fits within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a simple questionnaire that helps us know you better and what type of menu you are interested in. We then will provide you the formal quote. Once agreed, we will provide you with a contract and invoice. We are always available to answer your questions no matter how big or small. We want your experience to be smooth and your meal to be delicious.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned meat markets, owned BBQ restaurants, have BBQ experience of 30+ years plus a passion for BBQ and cooking good and flavorful food.
