Paul and his team was responsive, honest, hardworking, ethical, and a pleasure to deal with. They helped us through a very complicated and difficult cross country move. These guys were on the dot punctual. They were reasonably priced. The crew was fantastic and were so helpful and fun. They even did little things like make a little cardboard shiv for my dresser so it wouldn't wobble. And gave me a chair they were donated as my couch would not fit in my new place. They were very fast, and kept their word at only charging me for the hours worked. Right on time, great price, heard alot about travel scams or being charged a ton of money if they go over the time, none of that happened here, what was priced out was what I paid (+ a little tip for the guys that worked in 118F degree weather!) - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Local moves are charged at an hourly rate. Long Distance moves are charged by weight / distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We work very closely with new customers and walk them through the entire process to try to reduce stressors since moving can be extremely stressful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I personally went to college and I have 30 years on the job. My guys have all completed packing and moving courses which they were required to take back when we worked for a large carrier.
