FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge clients based on a packaging system. The per session rate gets cheaper the more sessions bought in a pack. I sell sessions in sets of 5.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client sits down with me for an in depth consultation. Not only do I take the time to get to know my clients as people, but I take the time to understand what their goals are and help them map out a clear plan to get there. Once we start training I assess the client's various strength, posture, endurance, and cardio levels to see where they need correction. 90% of a client's day is spent away from their trainer. It is vital to a client's success that they are taught, and learn habits and lifestyle changes they can make outside of their sessions so they can achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an elite level swimmer for most of my life. I came within finger-lengths of qualifying for Olympic Trials in 2012 and 2016. At school at UC Santa Barbara I took 4 certificate programs on top of my Bachelors degree which is in Sociology. My Certificates from UCSB are in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Health and Wellness, and Sport Management. Each certificate required hands on labs in exercise prescription, as well as a 10 week internship, for each certificate, in the related certificate's field.
