Introduction: I listen to what my client and their body says to me and together we co-create a goal for the session. When we agree they need more time spent on their lower back, they get more attention there. I use my knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, as well as my intuition during the session, applying the "tool" most appropriate for the situation. For example, a cold pack may be needed for inflammation, or a moist heat pack may be needed to relax a tight muscle, or perhaps fire cupping would be useful to help the tissue loosen up. No two massages are the same. Each one is intended for that exact person at that exact moment. I am present for my client. What I enjoy most about the work that I do is that it aligns my actions with my purpose. I believe that each one of us was created to be a blessing and to offer our gift to the world. Through my massage therapy and energy healing practice I am given the opportunity to share who I am in spirit and share my unique gift. It is a tremendous honor to be able to help others improve their journey through life. I enjoy making a meaningful difference.
