I highly recommend Better Bites Cafe. Very heart healthy meals without jeapordizing taste! It can be challenging to feed a large group and make everyone happy....however, I often hear surprising remarks from those who are used to eating fast food instead. James is also excellent at follow-up after a catering job. He is always looking for feedback, wanting to make each experience as personalized as possible.

I use better bites cafe for catering my lunch meetings I do for my business calls to physician offices. Chef James and his staff do an excellent job. The food is great. Healthy. And the staff at the doctors office always enjoy it. They are the only catering service I use. Highly recommend them.

Education: Scottsdale AZ Culinary Cordon Bleu graduate '97. Training: over 20 years of job experience, from dishwasher to executive chef to culinary instructor to working towards co-ownership in my current workplace.
