FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is dependent upon the square footage of your new home. I will need to work on this with you directly, because it is re-evaluated yearly. We offer VERY competitive pricing based on our surrounding area and our quality of service provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers would go to our website to fill out simple questions about their new homes that they want us to do an inspection for. Include the dates available for inspection and request "Noah Franks" in the remarks section. Once that is done, an email is then forwarded to myself and I will call you directly and make contact and work out any details that we need to focus on; whether it be scheduling or the home itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a 12 year structural and electrical draftsman, and I have went back to school at Greenville Technical College to study home inspection. By taking that course, it allowed me to bypass 1-year worth of apprenticeship that was previously required under a licensed home inspector to then be allowed to sit and take the state license test for the LLR. I am now a licensed home inspector and have been training under Tommy Donovan of RIC Home Inspections, a 13 year home inspector veteran. Our company follows ASHI standards and code of ethics.
