In a world where everyone is trying to upsell and overcharge you, Hopkins Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery is a lifesaver! Mr. Hopkins responded promptly to my post and came the next day despite a family emergency. He assessed my flooded carpet to not require removal as I had feared. He cleaned it and applied an antimicrobial all for a very reasonable rate.

Isreal was amazing to work with, he cleaned the carpets at a client's home and was easy to work with. I am not local and he got great photos before and after his work, communicated with me throughout the process, and even came on a Saturday to work with the tight schedule that my client had.
