- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can charge a fixed rate for larger jobs or by the hour. First hour is $60 and $35 an hour after each hour. May rate do not include mins. it is rounded off to the nearest hour. If i start at 11:00 am and finish at 11:35 it's $60.00 . If i start at 11:00 am and finish at 12:35 pm it's 95.00. I just want to be clear. There will be times where i go over a few mins i do not charge the next hour. I'm fair and honest about everything i do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and discuss what are the issues and your options. I take pictures and send a quote or if you like to hire me for an hourly rate then I can. A lot of times i come with my tools and i fix it right onsite.

I have been doing this type of work professionally and non- professionally for over 20 years .
