Tiara is very easy going, she guarantees her work and if something isn't done to my standards she will redo the job. She listens to what I want and need done. She also knows that I expect her to do a great job cleaning my apt. She's willing to work with me when it comes to special jobs that I need done. She's a great help since I am disabled and can't do many of the things I hired her to do.
