- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep keep my prices fair and in the as low as possible in this current economy, I don't charge by the hour but by the house size and bring all needed supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
find out what it is they are looking for, schedule wise, like an every two week, talk over what their big concerns are come out take a look at the house, get them set up on the schedule and come out and clean 😉
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning houses since 2015 and I am licensed bonded and insured
