Introduction: I am a Reiki Master and Wellness Coach, offering intuitive healing and holistic health coaching to support children, families and adults. Many of my clients are seeking support for stress relief, often due to their highly sensitive nature. Others are looking for support for physical discomfort or emotional resilience. Many continue to receive Reiki as they realize the benefits it can offer for overall well-being and spiritual connection, as well. My training is through the International Center for Reiki Training, where I have their top certification as a Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. I also am a professional member of the Reiki Membership Association, abiding by their code of ethics. I have insurance to cover my work as a Reiki professional. I have been teaching and practicing Reiki for 5 years, including offering Reiki sessions as a volunteer regularly since 2012 at the Cancer Wellness Center in Northbrook. As a health coach, I focus primarily on supporting those who are looking to transition to a more plant-based diet for wellness. I love seeing the smile on my clients' faces when they have received Reiki for the first time. The deep relaxation and peace they feel is a beautiful thing to witness. I also love guiding clients to realize where they are empowered to live a more resilient and soul-centered life.
