When I represent a client selling their home, I focus on extreme marketing to make sure their home stands out amongst the rest and to make sure the home has the highest level of exposure possible. I go over my marketing strategies in detail over a sellers consultation. When I represent my clients buying a home, not only are my services to them free but also involve a vast amount of buyer education. I realize some only buy homes once in a lifetime and others one every 7-10 years so I feel it is important to treat every time like the first time. I make myself available throughout the entire process to assure no question is left unanswered. I love that I am able to make dreams come true and that I can help others move on to their next dream! The journey is always different and it has its ups and downs but I love being there for my clients through it all. I love that they feel confident with me on their side and it is a reminder of why all my hard work is so important.
