- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I like to meet and get to know my clients, discuss the process of selling or buying depending on what their goal is. I like to go over expectations and see if I am the right fit for them and move from there. I feel that selling, buying or leasing a home can be very stressful and emotional for many so I want to always be sure that I know what is truly important for my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Marketing as well as customer service certifications, and about 10 years in sales and customer service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started learning about real estate after the purchase of my own home. There were things I did not enjoy when I worked with my agent at the time and I decided that I wanted to be able to do the same job but with more integrity and better communication. For many people, buying a home is a once in a lifetime sale and I don't feel that is to be taken lightly.
