Introduction: My knowledge, experience and performance as a Realtor®, as a Louisiana Statewide Notary, and as a Continuing Education Instructor qualifies me as one of the “Top Agents” in Slidell. I have decades of real estate experience. I grew up working with my parents as they managed, renovated and sold property. While earning a degree in business, I worked for two of the top Realtors® in Slidell. I obtained my real estate license in 1999, and was named Rookie of the Year. Then in 2006, I was recruited to United Title of Louisiana, Inc. as Marketing Director. I was promoted to Office Manager, became a Title Insurance Producer, and a Louisiana Notary Public. Since then, I have closed thousands of real estate transactions and cured beaucoup real estate title problems. During that time, I was also a Certified Continuing Education Instructor under the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. I instructed new and seasoned Realtors® on topics such as the Louisiana Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell, the Closing Settlement Statement, and Ownership Issues surrounding Real Property in Louisiana with regard to separate and community property, divorce, death and heirship, last wills and testaments, trusts, business entities and more. I enjoyed learning and doing all of these things, but I missed being a Realtor®. So in October of 2012, I reactivated my real estate license and started to rebuild my real estate business. I became a Wedding Officiant when a friend asked me to preform her wedding ceremony. I was hooked! Creating and performing wedding ceremonies is often like a hobby I get paid to do. Occasionally, I even get assist the Bride and Groom in finding a new home! I get it.
