FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard price for all drain cleaning. Doing repairs I quote by the job. I find that's the best way to quickly and efficiently get the job repaired and have happy customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer contacts me. I ask questions about their plumbing problems or repair needs. If I can, I'll give them a rough quote on the cost and set up an appointment. If I need more information, I'll make an appointment to look at the problem, then give a free estimate. The day the appointment, I call or txt the customer 30mins before we arrive to perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a second generation plumber. My father is a retired plumber and I've worked for him. I have a degree from UNO and open my business in 2006. I'm licenses and insured.
