FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not work hourly. You pay the same flat rate price weather it takes me a day or a week. The quality speaks for itself, however I will say upfront that I am not going to give you a professional job for the same price a handyman would. I do plumbing and plumbing only. I am very fairly priced and have plenty of references to back that statement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be patient and make sure the customer is 100% on the same page is me. I’m not the type of guy to use fancy lingo and try to confuse you. I believe in being absolutely honest right out of the gate and sticking to my word. Making sure I communicate clearly is essential. Everyone gets the same price and customer loyalty is upheld.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have four years of certified apprenticeship which is required to obtain my license. I also have 8 years in the trade as a whole, not counting the jobs I’ve helped my dad with growing up as a child. I hold a natural gas license and am TracPipe certified in which I had to take a class to obtain. I am currently continuing my education in the trade and studying for my masters exam.
