Introduction: Accurate, professional licensed home inspector. Will provide a thorough report identifying issues, with pictures, sent via email within 12-24 hours of inspection. During or after the inspection, and in the report, I will spend the time necessary to point out items good and bad and answer any questions. I know you will find my inspection and report will be an important part of your home buying/selling decision. After you move in, you can contact me for 90 days if you have any basic questions about the property or the report.
I enjoy working with clients and helping them make an educated and informed decision about whether to buy a property. Not all houses are perfect, so expect some issues with any house. I will highlight those issues and ensure you fully understand what is wrong, why, and what might need to be done if anything. My goal is to ensure you have all the relevant information about the condition of the home that I can provide to help you make a final decision about the property.
