Introduction: I offer online and in person/over the phone spiritual life/health coaching. Angel Card Readings.. Reiki Distance Healing.. I'm a Life Coach, Reiki master and Urban Rebounder instructor, Certified Angel Card Reader. I practice meditation daily, Chakra cleansing, exercise workouts, and healthy eating. I have worked many years in mental health area on both sides of the desk. I hold associates in early child education and soon a bachelor's in the science of health and wellness. I have over come two eating disorders, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. I have helped my children overcome HADD, and PTSD as well. As a mother of six children (teenagers and toddlers) I stand for giving people the understanding that they can do anything they really want to do and do it in a healthy manner. If you have a will I can help you find your way! Everything! Helping others fight for that happiness that they deserve that often life can strip from us is so vital for our inner and outer being. I love helping others find their own way to a better tomorrow. With what I do it is all about loving yourself and healing your self it is teaching people to see their true potential. Sharing my walk so to help inspire them to share theirs.

I was sick an Toni made me a lotion an it cleared up my breathing. I have cops an was fighting a chest cold for days, right after I used the mixture my chest cleared up.
