HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! And very rude people!! I hired them to move my major appliances and they made a hole in my door. I called management immediately about it. They offered me a “partial refund” or a repairman to come and fix it. I told them have them schedule a repair to have it fixed. They told me It would take 2-3 business days and till this day about a month later I’m still getting the run around. The management wasn’t very helpful getting this resolved. The repairman wasn’t very professional either setting up times and not showing up to appointments that were set up. Do not hire these movers or you’ll get damages that will never get fixed !!May 15, 2018Verified
