- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard anything pricing is something that is worked out at the first meeting or telephone conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a meeting or a time to discuss their event I don't use pre-made menu's I come with ideas and we build a menu from the clients wants and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Steve is a culinary school graduate specializing in French Cuisine. I myself went to the school of Mom I spent a great deal of my life growing up in the kitchen with her. I have a great love for creating beautiful but mouth watering food. Between the two of us there is nothing we cannot create.
