Jim did a great job installing our new water heater. His price was reasonable. He advised us what we would need for the installation, such as an expansion tank, which we had never heard of, but is required on new heater installations. My review is late as work was completed weeks ago. Jim was hired to fix a leak in a bathtub that was poorly installed recently. It was difficult to determine the source of the leak and in the process he rectified other instillation problems he encountered for no additional cost. He made several trips over weeks until the leak was fixed. I paid him additionally for parts bought and thats expected. He knows plumbing, he is friendly, professional and prompt. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will ask as many questions as is prudent to understand what the problem really is and try to get a commitment to allow me to go to them and fix it. In the discussion I will assure them that the depth of my knowledge, 40 + years experience and ability to fix their problem is real. If possible I will get them more involved with the fix ( and my coming ) by having them send me a picture.
