I started in-house training session with Candice Clark in March of this year and I’ve never felt better about my myself than now. During this time, of I’ve regained my fitness routine, lost weight, enhanced physical endurance, and most importantly lost weight. I strive to work out 4 times a week which have turned out to be highly effective and therapeutic. Candice is a true inspiration and has helped me enormously in achieving my personal exercise goals. She’s been fundamental in emphasizing on my form and technique making me feel confident that I’m getting the most out of my training. Two thumbs way way up for Candice Clark…!!!

Candice Clark is the best! Her workouts are challenging and fun.. she is a great motivator. I like the fact that we meet where it is convenient for me. She is always on time. Professional and knowledgeable, Candice designed a workout program to fit my ability level and because of this I’ve made great improvements! My clothes size has dropped along with my weight. After two months of training I’ve met one of my personal goals - strength! I can also do squats with no pain! In fact I’m pretty much pain free, which was not the case before I met and trained with her! I am looking forward to see more changes in my body, with my coach Candice Clark leading the way! Actually the anxiety of taking that first step into the gym again was decreased tremendously from the moment I met Candice. After years of a sedentary lifestyle, diabetes, hypertension and obesity I decided it was time to spend a little time on me like I spend time on others. Never a fan of working out with a crowd or doing the same routine over and over.... Southern Flex mobile training made working out convient for my busy lifestyle. After just 2 short months I was able to stop my blood pressure medications and my A1c decreased by *4* points. I could go on and on about the benefits of having my trainer but most of all having someone that truly cares about my health and my physical ability to move again has given me the hope that I need to push forward in a time that I thought that I was a lost cause. I am so glad I made that call and I appreciate Candice more than words, but my Health can describe.

Candice's training plans work! I'm seeing progress, slowly but surely. She is fun to work with but knows how to push you just enough to meet your goals. Add in nutritional advice and you are getting the whole package! She's the best!
