- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each Wedding is different, I prefer to get an idea of my client's style. I like to ask what colors they are using, types of flowers they imagine having and what floral needs they have. Other than bouquets and boutonnières, do they need a floral piece for the guest sign in table? Petals down the aisle? Each wedding is unique, which is why I do personalized pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting together for coffee is the first step! There we will go over the questionnaire, so that I can get an idea of how you see your special day! After that, I can work on a quote for you. We will meet once more to go over that quote and the contract. Once the contract is signed, your date is officially booked! Sit back and relax knowing the flowers for your wedding have been taken care of!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually had a mentor train me! She has been in the industry for 10+ years. Seeing her experience has been incredibly helpful.
