Jerry did a great job fixing my computer and saving all my data. All my billing and tax information was on that computer and it would have taken me weeks to find info if my computer could not have been saved.He understood my urgency and had it back to me as soon as possible.

My PC kept freezing and rebooting. I took it to the Geek Squad who gave up on it. They said it was a hardware problem. I took it to Cornerstone. Jerry told me it was software. After the updates were applied, it ran fine. Jerry was friendly and courteous.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price is $90 a hour but I offer plans for managed services and plans for purchase of bundles of hours in different amounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First get to know the customer and their business, then ask what they want to accomplish with the service I will provide and then offer a plan and estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 23 years experience with PC's, Networking, Security Equipment and other IT Services. I managed the IT Department for a Large Credit Union until my retirement.
