I am over 60 and I have been doing strength training with Michelle for about 6 weeks, and have already lost weight and inches. Not only is my progress noticeable, but I have so much more energy. I’m doing my day to day activities with more ease, i.e., lifting, squatting, bending, etc. Michelle is very knowledgeable about weight training and on how each exercise works different muscle groups for maximum results. We use a variety of weights and exercises so my muscles don’t get accustomed to the same routines. And I appreciate her high energy and positivity. I plan to continue working with Michelle even after I reach my fitness goals.

I've been working with Michelle for about a year now twice a week. She not only gives me different workouts each time I work out with her, but she also shares with me ways to balance my food intake to help me lose weight. She shared with me a "Lose It" app for my phone to calculate what I'm eating each day. With all of her guidance and support, she has helped me lose 30 pounds. For a person like me who has never worked out before, she makes it fun and interesting. I look forward to seeing what she has planned each time I work out with her. Michelle has me using the machines, using BOSU and stability balls, bands, ropes, boxing gloves, and even flipping over huge tractor tires and pulling sleds! She is extremely knowledgeable about what exercises strengthen what muscle and she makes sure I strengthen every muscle during each of our workout, so I get a full body workout. She informs me what muscle is being worked out before each exercise and checks to see if I can feel that muscle being used during the exercise. She not only works out with me at the gym, but she also gives me challenges to do at home. She'll offer challenges such as each day she'll text me and say do 4 sets of 15 push ups today and tomorrow do 4 sets of 20 lateral arm lifts, so that when I'm not with her, I can still be motivated to continue working out. I have never met someone more positive and encouraging and would highly recommend her as a personal trainer!

I have met with her 4 times so far. She is always so positive and upbeat. I have already started to feel better. She's a wonderful trainer.

Michelle is the best. I am ask many times why I go so far to a gym. I pass many gyms on my way just to have Michelle as my trainer. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I would not want to train with anyone else. I am getting up in years, but she lets me try and do everything. I really appreciate that she allows me that choose. She is the best Billie Ann
