- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is quoted a couple of ways. By the amount of hours at the venue, travel , whether or not a tip jar is allowed, number of bartenders required, glass rentals, bar rentals. It's always best to speak in person (or phone) to get a more accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions. Making suggestions . Write everything down and don't promise anything you can't deliver . Checking a venue is always helpful. Coordinating with event planners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I am a bartender with a degree in human services so it's the perfect combination of skills .
