We had an issue with our solar monitoring device which was offline and not reporting the production of our residential photo voltaic system. Trying to get help from their website was a waste of time because it just described the equipment we have and the many possible problems that can arise. Calling them was futile because they will only talk to solar installers ! I called Comcast cable and they tested the signal from them and everything was OK. Problem not resolved so I called Jason Masterson, at the suggestion of a friend and he came over and had the problem diagnosed and FIXED in less than an hour. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I recommend him with enthusiasm !

Our wireless internet was not working, we purchased a new device from target but could not get it setup. Jason came out and was able to get it up and running and get all our devices connected in no time. He was very professional, arrived on time, patient, and even got my sons XBOX online which has never worked. He explained everything to us and left a nice printout of our wireless settings for other to connect in the future. A+ work and would use his service again or recommend im to anyone.
