Jay installed a toilet and a storm door at my rental since I was not in town. He was super responsive, and did everything asked even with all the time constraints. I would totally hire him again.

We initially hired Jay to install a frameless glass shower door, but in addition he installed our bathtub, did all our plumbing connections for the sink, rain shower, tub filler, installed our bathroom mirrors and wired and installed our towel warmer. He was basically a one-stop-shop for all our needs. He has been by far, the nicest and most hardworking subcontractor that we have worked with. He has great demeanor and work ethic. We will definitely continue to use his services. We are very fortunate to have stumbled upon him on Thumbtack.

Jay installed a chandelier for me above my stairs. Although it was a tight spot, he managed to get through the project. He was professional and patient, even after running into a few snags. He did both the basic electrical work and demo/finish work. He even saw a small issue with our gate as he was leaving and fixed it free of charge. I would use Jay again for handyman work around the house.

We had a room that needed a drop ceiling and wall replaced due to new plumbing being installed in the bathroom above. Jay worked around our schedule (night & weekend) to make sure the room would be completed on time. The job wasn't rushed and I loved his attention to detail in finding matching trim to pull the room together. He even worked on finding ways to repair instead of replacing portions of the ceiling that ended up in us saving time and money! I would definitely look to hire Jay again for my home repair needs.
