FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair to the client and save them money while simultaneously making sure my overhead is secure. Free Estimates, decreased price if multiple house projects are added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, meet the new client at the client's address and greetings are done and an overview of the project takes place. I either then give an on the spot estimation, or let them know I would need a few hours crunching some numbers and would get back to them on a quote. Contracts are agreed to and signed if called for, appropriate payments are made, and the job is completed by the pre-discussed time frame. I see if the client is happy with the job done, if they have any further questions or have any further needs and make sure the client is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 6 years On-site Construction experience specializing in Masonry building/restoration/repair, but you pick things up working for a General Contractor. Painting, Framing, Window Install/repair, Waterproofing, Flashing, Caulking am experienced in all, while specializing in Masonry related projects but not afraid to branch out.
