FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After discussing the project, i typically travel to the intended project location and review it with the customer. Then provide the best price in my ability, based on the service and materials involved. I guarantee all labor for a minimum of 1 year and do not consider it complete until the customer is satisfied.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Four years of trade school and working as an apprentice electrician, nine years experience as an electrician, five years as a plumber, also several maintenance positions that involved all aspects of home repair. If i cant fix it chances are i know someone that can.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

there are lots of people who send a low price knowing when they actually do the work there will be ways they can add to the quoted price, for materials etc, beware of these "professionals"
