- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can give a standard pricing on some items, and some items I need to look at due to the size and equipment required to complete said job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always make sure the customer is number 1. Always ask the customer what he/she wants, and always, always put the customer first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing Low Voltage for 11 years. I have been a Lead Installer/Supervisor for the last 6 years in a commercial environment.
