All steam extracted: Carpet (lightly stained) @ 30 cents a sq. ft.---Carpet (heavily stained, pet urine, etc.) @ 35 cents a sq. ft.---Carpet (move all furniture) @ 40 cents a square foot.---Tile and grout steam extraction @ 75 cents a square foot. Gutter and power washing bid items.
