Quick to respond . Fair quote provided compared to other service providers and work was done promptly and efficiently with great results. Overall very professional with good quality work . The backyard was cleaned up very nicely with the pressure washing and i would hire Mr Bedford again in the future for such projects.

I hired services of Hi-Tech solutions for my housing complex's concrete pressure wash. Upon posting the requirement on Thumbtack Osibisa responded quickly, and fixed an appointment with me for a demo. He came on time, explained to me the procedure, and gave a demo. The difference in the concrete look before and after the wash was significant. He gave me a reasonable estimate. Since my housing complex is operated by HOA, the documentation and board approval process took some time. Some documentation work was required from Osibisa, and he always responded quickly by text or phone and stayed patient. Finally on the agreed upon day he came sharp on time and did the job. He was detailed oriented, skilled, and quick in moving from one house to another. He covered all 21 units without taking a break. Now our housing complex looks clean and nice! In future I would definitely hire services from him, and would recommend him to others.

Excellent work. I got the power wash for yard. It took almost double time than anticipated for him to finish the project due to some deep stains from rain but he did not charge any extra. He worked around my work schedule and made it very easy for me to finish this project, that was sitting on back burner for long time.
Will hire him again and strongly recommend.
