Quick to respond . Fair quote provided compared to other service providers and work was done promptly and efficiently with great results. Overall very professional with good quality work . The backyard was cleaned up very nicely with the pressure washing and i would hire Mr Bedford again in the future for such projects.

The owner, Osibisa Bedford, was extremely professional and was able to perform the tile and grout cleaning in a timely manner. Although the tile was old and in poor condition it cleaned up nicely and I am very pleased with the results. I will be using his service for future jobs. Thank you!!

We had some carpets that were looking pretty bad, first visit carpets didn't come out as well as we hoped. After speaking with Hi-Tec they came out and offered to re clean the carpet, they look 100% better and we are very satisfied with the job done. We will continue to use and recommend their services.
