- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a few different pricing methods that I use depending on how long of a lesson, if the student needs an instrument to get started, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the student but I normally have a basic method and just try to get the students to listen to music differently and where/how to focus when playing or practicing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been playing for over 2 decades and teaching/studying/learning and taking lessons myself for the past decade.
