- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All of my products are made-to-order. Prices vary based on size, labor, and location but can definitely be arranged within your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After the initial quote and contact, I will thoroughly go over the specs and expectations of the product. After we go over the client's overall vision of the project, I will then send them samples of my ideas. Once we have a detailed plan, we will then discuss the pricing and time frame of the project. From then, the project will be completely in a timely manner prior to the due date and we both end up happy!
