- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For home Sellers, I do the price opinion, order starter file to verify if any liens are attached to the homes, recommend some ideas for minor home improvements prior to listing. For Buyers, I listen to their needs and wants, location, budget and features. Then I refer them to lenders for loan qualification. Thereafter, home searching starts and I make it a point to find thier desired home in a reasonable time period.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Graduated with a Marketing degree. Graduated in Real Estate Salesman in 1999 and Real Estate Broker in 2001.
