Personal Training has been an awesome experience. Not being familiar with the optimizing equipment use or having an organized workout routine... a trainer has open doors to my workouts and overall health. Highly recommend utilizing one and the Anytime Fitness Niles, MI trainers are the best!

Michael is extraordinarily knowledgeable in both physical training and nutrition; His personal training has helped me to build muscle, drop a ton of weight, and smash through every personal goal I've set for myself. Thanks to him, I can confidently say that I am in the best shape of my life. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
