- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do an assessment of the the current web presence of our new customers, then learn about the voice, goals, and direction that our customers wish to achieve. Then we craft a personal social media marketing strategy, make sure all accounts are set up correctly and then use the tool, techniques, and artistic talent at our disposal to help grow the visibility and value of their brand. Once set up we communicate monthly via email or phone.
