Mike Williams fitness programs strives to include compound movements for total body "functional" fitness I personally designed programs to ensure every client gets uniform progress and results. Due to the variety that my programs offer, boredom and plateaus are non existent.

Mike is a fantastic trainer. His work-outs are never boring. He knows how to make the most out of every experience. He is knowledgeable and has a great personality. I have worked out with him for almost 2 years and I highly recommend him.
