FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides my Personal Training Certification from ISSA, took classes at my community college and taking Continuing Education for more details that help me become a better trainer. My time at Blink Fitness, my gym that emphasizes training, has given me 1 on 1 (sometimes 1 on 2) experience as a trainer and every client experience has been at least great so far.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A few years ago I was at a crossroads where I wasn't completely sure what I wanted to do. A desk job around a career didn't sound appealing and neither did a regular business. What I found out is that I wanted to help people as a focal point in my life, and that's very possible as a trainer especially considering I'm funneling my love for this to you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A range that's included kids this summer right before they go to college and elderly ladies that are using exercise as therapy. One college bound student took the exercises, routines, tips and tricks to heart and implemented it to go from newbie to novice and continuing 👌. One of the elderly ladies I trained, pic in bio, was able to strengthen all around to be able to not stand up from crouching w/out help to helping herself 👏.
