- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set a minimum price for the smallest job I would do and base my pricing from there off of different things such as the distance I travel and then the type of terrain I have to mow.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them and ask for the specifics of what they are looking for such as, where to mow and when to mow, then giving them what they ask for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Was taught by my grandfather how to mow a lawn when I was a young and have been doing it ever since!
