Introduction: We are experienced and highly professional. Our staff is friendly and personable and we will all work hard to make sure your event goes smoothly and without hassle!! We also have access to a Raw Bar, and multiple inflatables for parties. We can assist with rentals, and can help determine what you need to set up your bar. If you need a bartender for any event from birthday party, backyard bbq or wedding please do yourself a favor and hire this man! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND the entire evening. No one at my wedding went a second with an empty cup in their hand. He was walking around constantly throughout the evening asking our guests for refills all while still maintaining the bar all by himself. Every single one of my guests came up to my husband and I asking where we found him! He was even picking up trash and emptying trash bins throughout the night which was 100% not his responsibility but he was happy to do it without hesitation! Worth every penny and more in my opinion!

Rich and Beth provided three services for my wedding: 1) coordinating, 2) catering, and 3) bartending. We had a small wedding (less than 40 people total), but the small size of the wedding did not lower the quality of service or professionalism provided by Rich, Beth, and their bartender Josh. As the coordinator, Rich made sure every little detail was managed with care and attention. Any time a question arose from me, the venue owner, or a guest, he was there to answer it. Any time something could have become an issue, he and his wife Beth were there making sure it didn't and kept everyone happy and calm - a bride's dream instead of a nightmare. Rich drove out for the rehearsal the day before the wedding to make sure he had every detail noted and everyone knew who he was in case there were questions. He met with the venue owner, and they worked together to put the final touches on everything for the wedding day. He tracked the timeline throughout the day and kept everything and everyone on track. He met with each vendor as they arrived and made sure everything went according to plan. I had selected each vendor on my own, but Rich managed them perfectly on the day of the wedding so I didn't have to worry about anything. He was there in the morning hanging decorations, in the afternoon cueing the walk down the aisle for each wedding party member, and in the evening helping with clean-up and breakdown. In other words, he arrived early, left late, and worked non-stop throughout the day! He even quickly made his way (over a lot of ground) to the DJ during the ceremony to make sure the correct song was playing for me to walk down the aisle to when it wasn't changing, which meant so much to me that he cared enough to make it go correctly. He also seemed to genuinely enjoy watching the wedding come together, something I valued seeing my wedding coordinator do. Beth and Rich prepared a lovely charcuterie and small bites table for the cocktail hour and then whipped up pasta for the dinner, to include a gluten-free option for those who needed it. All the guests raved over the simplicity, yet deliciousness, of the food. All the plates, cups, napkins, and silverware were quoted and provided by Rich and Beth as well. Rich and Josh made sure the drinks were delicious and flowing, starting with the cocktail hour. They shopped for all the alcohol and ice, provided all the tables and bartending tools, and made sure everyone had filled glasses as the hours ticked by. The Moscow Mule "for her" and the Sangria "for him" received high praises from all the guests. The prosecco with raspberries were perfect for toasting! We wanted our wedding to be intimate, simple, rustic, and focused on family, fun, and love. Rich and Beth handled all the behind the scenes (and on display) aspects with grace and ease. They made the day seem easy, as if it had magically happened, instead of every detail planned. They also helped us keep the cost down, while keeping everything very classy. We received so much praise from our guests on how perfect the day was and how great Rich and Beth did with every task. I cannot recommend them enough!

Oh my goodness! Rich with R & B was our bartender at our daughter's wedding at Wonderlust Acres in Purlear, NC. I cannot say enough good things about Rich! He served at the rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding cocktail hour and reception. He took a load off of me from his recommendations, to actually shopping for the liquor and supplies. During the events he became a part of the event and became like family! Our guests just loved Rich and I received so many compliments about him. He also took some extra pictures!!! Just top notch! We will be forever grateful to Rich and R & B. What a blessing!
