FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to give customer's a completed project price. By that we mean, we want you to know what your project will cost including installation, fabrication, and any other standard options. The best thing to do for accurate pricing is to give our sales associates a drawing, with measurements, for your space and a list of what you would like done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts by us listening to the customer. Every person that walks into our showroom has a different and unique style they want. We like to make sure that once we understand what a customer is looking for, we provide as much information as possible about the product they are interested in and the installation process itself.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Follow quotes that have good customer service, and then compare apple-to-apples. One company may be quoting you a lower quality product, and you should know the difference before making a decision.
