I chose Galina as my stylist. We had our consultation, and right away I felt extremely comfortable with her. She was very upfront with me about everything and was willing to answer any questions I had. We set a date shopping and I met her at our location of choice. Shopping with Galina was a great experience (especially for my first time with a stylist)! I appreciated that she took the time to create a color palate for me based on my skin tone and presented it to me before we got started. When I shop alone, I feel very overwhelmed, but she provided a very relaxed environment for me, which was important to me. She is confident with what she knows about style, which made me feel more confident and she made everything seem very easy. (I admit, I hate shopping, but this time, I actually had fun. Never thought I would have said that in my life!) She picked up on the style of clothing that fits my body and my taste in style and we went from there. She took me to a place with great quality clothing but with great prices. I ended up getting a LOT of things for a price I was extremely happy with (as I expected to spend much more). Galina is very professional, very easy to work with, friendly, and I learned things from her about fashion just from our convo and her answering my questions. I feel confident in wearing all the clothes/shoes she found for me. I am grateful for having had this experience. Her prices were fair and I will be reaching back out to her again.Apr 8, 2017Verified
I hired Deserve Your Time to help out with my wedding planning. The consultant I worked with was extremely accommodating and supportive throughout the whole process. I tend to stress easily so I was immediately put at ease once I realized that Deserve Your Time had everything under control. The consultant assisted with almost every step of the planning process, from putting together guests addresses for the invitations to decorations the day of the wedding. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every couple and wedding are different, therefore it is priced according to our clients specific needs. Our wedding packages start from $950.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a new client reaches out to us, we set up a meeting date to meet with them for a complimentary consultation to discuss their wedding details. A contract is reviewed and signed by the client and a planner usually at the initial consultation, at that time we go over the payment process with the client. A non-refundable deposit is given by the client to hold their wedding date. We then keep in touch with them and keep the communication open via email, phone calls or texts. Then we begin the wedding planning process based on the clients wedding needs. Communication and follow up are key to a successful event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have acquired a certification in Wedding Planning with Honors from Ashworth University in 2016. I'm also one of wedding planners that belongs to ABC Association of Bridal Consultants. I have worked as a personal executive assistant for a prestigious firm for 10 years prior to wedding planning. During that time, I was given great opportunities to obtain excellent skills in customer service. I also completed a Concierge Entrepreneur Course with Honors with Triangle International.
