I've been working with Kate for over a year now and have seen amazing results. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Kate is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging and creative as well as customizes a plan based on my goals. She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. She motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely and I've got great new muscles. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful my time with Kate has been. She has completely changed my life. I came to see her as a "skinny fat" girl who was stuck on the cardio craze, going nowhere and now I am literally in the best shape of my life with knowledge to do so much more than just hop on the treadmill. She took the time to figure out what my goals were and wrote out personalized plans for me. She can be a best friend, she can be a drill sergeant, she can be anywhere in between. And she figures out what motivates you and she uses it to full advantage. Beyond anything I would have expected or hoped for, Kate changed my body and my self esteem while teaching me how to properly execute moves. She is, hands down, the best out there!

I started personal training with Kate in January of 2015. I had always been decently active. However, after having a baby, I was not in great shape. I had about 65 pounds to lose and was sick of fad diets and workouts. Kate completely change my relationship with food but also my personal outlook on fitness. I have never been a lifter. Or even someone who pushes too hard in a gym setting. Just after a few weeks with Kate I found myself down a few pounds and inches. Most importantly, I was actually working out properly-- lifting, interval training-- at a level that was pushing me to better myself. I had a solid understanding of form and technique. This was the first time in over a year I was making ACTUAL progress. Seeing results. And I never looked back... After 6 months of training I was down 40 pounds and tens of inches. Kate was able to completely revamp my outlook on food and nutrition. It's not a diet now, it's a change of lifestyle. She taught me all I needed to know to be able to eventually spread my wings and join a gym. Successfully translating our workouts to a public setting. The confidence I've gained is priceless. I am down a total of 55+ pounds with just a few more to go to reach my goal. Because of Kate, I'm able to succeed in reaching that goal and doing it mostly on my own. Something I would have never been able to do previously. A year training with her changed me forever! I cannot say enough great things about my experience! I've never been in this great of shape, had this amazing confidence, nor understanding of how to feed not only me but my family! I'm a better mom, wife, and friend because of it! I'm eternally grateful!

Words cannot express how Kate changed my life after I had my son. She gave me my body, and my self esteem, back. Thanks to her, I have the tools to stay in shape and eat right. I look forward to our sessions together because I know I'll reach new goals.

Kate is the best trainers I have ever worked with. she never gives up on me and make sure is that I reached my goal. I lost 30lbs with her in 4 months. She gave me so much confidence back after having a baby. I'm currently working with her again after my second child.
