This was an excellent booking experience for our commercial construction company. We booked Red Archie twice within the same week because we were so pleased with the quality of his photography. Our photographer was able to take a very rough construction site and give us high quality, photojournalistic shots that help us tell our story.

Kuwan was fantastic to work with. He was very open to and responsive to all types of questions that I had about the project and was obviously committed to giving us a good experience. I appreciated how patient he was with my rambunctious two-year-old during the photo shoot. I was also impressed with how quickly we received the raw and then edited files after the session, and appreciated the ease of use of the website we used to review the photos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is actually very much in line with any competitor in Michigan or Ohio. We believe in giving our clients great prices and high quality product. We service a large area so in return we are able to offer our clients better deals. We do offer specials and deals so just ask!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's a very simple process. We start with contract that our clients sign electronically. From there our clients receive a booking notification via email. After the session is completed we ensure they are inclined to exactly the phases and status of their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead photographer has 10+ years in audio & film production.
